We have apprenticeship opportunities for all kinds of people and personalities. Our recruitment process has been created so you can impress us with the best of your skills, expertise and personality.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for enthusiastic people who are resilient, responsible and willing to learn, can work with others and are passionate about the environment. You need to be eligible to work in the UK without restriction and be able to take up employment with the company.
Application is done online (please see bottom of page). Here we will ask you a little bit about your background and you will be asked to attach your CV to your application. Please note some roles have closing dates and others will close for applications when we have enough quality applications.
When you have applied your CV will be screened by our recruitment team to assess your eligibility for the chosen role. If successful, you will be asked to interview.
However, if unsuccessful you will receive an email to inform you.
Please note that with some roles there are technical tests or assessment centres before the formal interview stage. You will be contacted via phone to arrange this. During the formal interview you will be quizzed on your skills and attributes, your past experiences and what you have written about in your CV.
HINTS & TIPS
Read through the information on our website and familiarise yourself with all that we do as a company. This should include our strategy and company values.
Give yourself plenty of time to do the application process and read through everything before you submit.
Have your CV ready - ensure you have proofread it, checked spelling, grammar and the presentation - this is your chance to make a first impression. Don’t simply note your skills and attributes down but make reference to when you have used them to influence.
Be yourself -throughout the Interview, you might meet many different people, they will be looking at your background but also your behaviours on the day. How do you interact with other people? How do you communicate?
Always use examples in your interview or when you have had a positive impact.
