These may be returned by fax on 01784 273 851. Places should be booked at least one month in advance - but no less than 15 days and, in the case of residential courses, the number of required nights should also be stated.

Upon receipt of a nomination the Campus Veolia Environnement will confirm the booking, in writing, to both the manager and delegate and will send them both a reminder of the course date and details two weeks before commencement of the course.

The Campus Veolia Environnement reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any course where the required minimum number of attendees is not attained. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the course starting date will be charged at the full rate. No-shows will be charged at the full rate and will incur an additional heavy penalty. A second no show will preclude the candidate from any further training in the year. Where a whole course is cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance, through lack of prior registered attendees, the cost and penalty will be shared between those responsible
